Purpose:
CORE… type bushing-shape insulators are designed for electric circuit connections between device chambers inside the fireproof, explosionproof -type housing classified as I and II group according to PN EN 60079-0 for the nominal working voltage UN from ≤800V to 4000V (maximum allowed working voltage is up to 1,1x UN).

Compliance with the norms:
The insulators comply with the following standards for electrical equipment operating in
potentially gas and dust explosion-risky areas:

  • PN-EN 60079-0:2013, equivalent to EN 60079-0:2012
  • PN-EN 60079-1:2014, equivalent to EN 60079-1:2014
  • PN-EN 60079-7:2016 equivalent to EN 60079-7:2015

Technical parameters:

  • Overall dimensions – as in the Tables no 1 and 2
  • Rated voltage – as in the Table no 3
  • Current capacity – as in the Table no 3
  • Thread length: L1, L2 and L3 should be discussed. As standard: L1 and L2≥M1, L3≥2xM2.

Work conditions

  • relative humidity at temp. 35ºC ≤ 90%
  • temperature -45ºC to +120ºC
  • corrosion aggressiveness class C – in accordance with the PN-71/H-04651 standard
  • variable work position
