Das hochviskose Material muss unter Vakuum aus einem Reaktor gef\u00f6rdert werden. Die Entleerungspumpen der POLY-Baureihe von WITTE sind speziell f\u00fcr diese Aufgabe konzipiert. Je nach Anforderung kann der Kunde zwischen einer Standardausf\u00fchrung oder einer individuellen Ausf\u00fchrung w\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Austragspumpen f\u00fcr die Polymerisationsproduktion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Pumpen erreichen den besten Wirkungsgrad durch eine optimierte Wellen- und Lagergeometrie. Der Energiebedarf wird gering gehalten, so dass die Betriebskosten optimiert werden k\u00f6nnen. Die POLY wird in verschiedenen Varianten angeboten. Ausf\u00fchrungen mit klassischen oder verk\u00fcrzten Einlaufgeometrien sind ebenso m\u00f6glich wie Ausf\u00fchrungen im LowNPSH Design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pumpen mit verk\u00fcrzten Einl\u00e4ufen gew\u00e4hrleisten die schnelle Zuf\u00fchrung von Schmelze zu den Zahnradpumpen. Alle POLY Austragspumpen verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6gliche Einlauf\u00f6ffnungen mit optimierter Str\u00f6mungsgeometrie zur Vermeidung erh\u00f6hter Reibung, verlangsamtem Einlauf des Mediums in die Pumpen sowie zur Reduzierung des zus\u00e4tzlichen W\u00e4rmeeintrags.
