Zerst\u00f6rungen<\/strong> in Anlagen, in denen explosive Gase oder D\u00e4mpfe transportiert werden.<br>Wenn sich ein Gas in einem geschlossenen System entz\u00fcndet, breitet sich die <strong>Flamme mit extrem hoher Geschwindigkeit<\/strong> aus \u2013 bis zu <strong>3000 m\/s<\/strong> \u2013 und erzeugt enorme Druckwellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr solche Anwendungen wurde unsere <strong>Flammendurchschlagsicherung Valwo<\/strong> entwickelt.<br>Sie <strong>stoppt die Flamme, k\u00fchlt sie effektiv ab<\/strong> und <strong>sch\u00fctzt die gesamte Anlage sowie die Sicherheitsmodule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Technischer Hintergrund \u2013 MESG und Konstruktionsparameter<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedes Gas besitzt eine eigene <strong>Explosionsgruppe<\/strong> und charakteristische <strong>Z\u00fcndparameter<\/strong>.<br>Daraus ergibt sich der notwendige <strong>Metallgeflecht-Querschnitt<\/strong>, durch den <strong>die Flamme nicht hindurchdringen kann<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Verhalten wird durch den sogenannten <strong>MESG-Wert (Maximum Experimental Safe Gap)<\/strong> beschrieben.<br>Damit eine Flamme sicher gel\u00f6scht und abgek\u00fchlt wird, muss der <strong>Abstand der \u00d6ffnungen<\/strong> kleiner sein als der zul\u00e4ssige MESG-Wert f\u00fcr das jeweilige Medium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicht nur die <strong>H\u00f6he<\/strong>, sondern auch die <strong>L\u00e4nge des Einsatzes<\/strong> sind entscheidend.<br>Sie m\u00fcssen so ausgelegt sein, dass die <strong>W\u00e4rme des Explosionsvorgangs vollst\u00e4ndig absorbiert<\/strong> wird.<br>Nach dem Durchstr\u00f6men der gesamten Flammensperre liegt die <strong>Gastemperatur unterhalb der Selbstz\u00fcndtemperatur<\/strong>, sodass <strong>der Bereich hinter der Flammensperre gesch\u00fctzt bleibt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
